Claudia Botty-Van Den Bruele
Claudia Botty-Van Den Bruele is an attorney licensed in Washington DC and in Nicaragua. She has attended Georgetown University and American University in Washington DC; Universidad Nacional Autonoma in Nicaragua and La Sorbonne in Paris, France. Her areas of interest are Latin American Affairs, Procurement, Real Estate, Insurance and Labor Law. Works or has worked for the United States Department of Labor, the Department of State and Botty & Associates, a family owned business. Professional affiliations include the Inter-American Dialogue, the Inter-American Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. A native of Nicaragua, speaks Spanish, English and has working knowledge of French. Has traveled extensively in Europe, Africa and the Americas. In addition to her law degrees, she holds a Master of Public Administration from the American University in Washington, DC.

Jack Pearce has served as Attorney-Advisor and Assistant Chief of the Public Counsel and Legislative Section of the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice. He has served as Assistant General Counsel and Capital Projects Loan Officer in the United States Agency for International Development, and Deputy General Counsel in the White House Office of Consumer Affairs. Following government service, he practiced antitrust and trade regulation law in Washington, D.C., for twenty years, as a senior partner in the firms of Pearce and Waghal and Pearce and Brand. He is currently president of O.S.I. Management, Inc. He has also been a National Institute of Public Affairs Fellow at Cornell University, and has served on the boards of several institutions. He has been listed in various Who's Who in American publications. He makes his home in Washington, DC.
Mr. Rasmussen, a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a licensed Professional Engineer, has a B.S. degree in Physics and a M.S. degree in Computer Science. He is the President and Founder of Kaleidoscope Group, an international business partnership company. He has over 25 years experience in research and development and business planning and operation. He has lived in Europe and has traveled to over 40 countries to form strong international relationships. Throughout his career he has bridged the gap between technology innovation and business implementation to successfully transform organizations. His military experience of over 20 years primarily focused on research, development, and technology transition. He speaks German and Russian and divides his time between the US and Eastern Europe.
